Exhibitor Services
We want to make your experience at ICAFairTM as easy and convenient as possible. That is why we are offering the following valuable exhibitor services:
Art Handling and Hanging. ICAFair's art handlers can reduce your set-up time by receiving your art shipment, unpacking, hanging, and labeling the artworks for your booth. All will be prepared prior to the start of the show.
The list of fees can be found in the Exhibitor Manual. Simply complete the Additional Exhibitor Services Request Form included in the manual, select and pre-pay for the services you want, and you are set. That simple!

Art Packing and Shipping. At the end of the show, any unsold works will need repacking and shipping back to the gallery or studio. For an additional fee, ICAFair's art handlers can manage all of your take-down and packing needs.
The list of fees can be found in the Exhibitor Manual. Simply complete the Additional Exhibitor Services Request Form included in the manual, select and pre-pay for the services you want, and you are set. That simple!

Additional Lights, Tables, Chairs. Each exhibitor, as part of the booth package, receives one table, two director's chairs, one wastebasket, and three lights. Additional lights, tables, and chairs can be ordered on the Additional Exhibitor Services Request Form, which will be included in the Exhibitor Manual.
No outside exhibitor lights, tables, or chairs will be allowed in the booths.
